Sourcing service
Corevia Enterprise acts as a hardware sourcing and brokerage partner. Public website content describes sourcing capability and is not an offer to sell, a stock representation, or a guarantee of availability.
Quotes
Quotes are subject to the stated validity period, condition, lead time, warranty, payment terms, and shipping terms. A quotation becomes binding only when accepted in writing and confirmed by Corevia Enterprise.
Specifications
Customers are responsible for reviewing quoted specifications and compatibility before approval. Incomplete or conflicting details require verification before they can be treated as an exact match.
Orders and fulfillment
Approved orders may be fulfilled by a supplier shipping directly to the customer. Delivery dates are estimates unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Confidentiality
Supplier identities, supplier costs, broker margins, and internal sourcing information are confidential commercial information.
